To preserve its nutrients, avoid heating it above 40°C (104°F). Consume it regularly for optimal results.
How can I store my honey so that it stays fresh?
Store your honey in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. No refrigeration is necessary! Close the lid tightly after each use. Raw honey has a shelf life of 12 to 24 months. Honey's natural antibacterial properties help preserve it.
Why is my honey crystallizing?
Crystallization is a sign of quality and purity! It's a natural process that occurs with raw, unpasteurized honey. If your honey crystallizes, simply place the jar in a warm water bath (maximum 40°C/104°F) for a few minutes, stirring gently. You can also consume it crystallized—some even prefer this texture!
